

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
for
MNTTA Executive Certificate in Montessori Edupreneurship (ME)
(November 2025 Cohort and Future Cohorts)
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Executive Certificate in Montessori Edupreneurship (ME) program (“Program”) offered by the Montessori and Nursery Teachers Training Academy (MNTTA), headquartered in Bangalore, India.
By submitting the registration form and/or making the registration payment, you (“Participant”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
2. Program Overview
· Program Name: Executive Certificate in Montessori Edupreneurship (ME)
· Duration: 16 Weeks
· Mode of Delivery: Hybrid (Online + Hands-on Implementation)
· Program Fee: ₹1,50,000 (One Lakh Fifty Thousand only)
· Registration Fee: ₹10,000 (non-refundable)
· Program Start: 1st week of November 2025
The Program is designed for aspiring preschool founders, edupreneurs, and Montessori leaders who wish to build and operate successful early childhood institutions.
3. Registration and Admission
1. Admission to the Program is confirmed only after:
· Completion of the official registration form.
· Payment of the ₹10,000 registration fee before the deadline (20th October 2025).
2. MNTTA reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.
3. Participants must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. Any false information may lead to disqualification without refund.
4. Fees and Payment Policy
1. Total Program Fee: ₹1,50,000, payable as per the payment schedule communicated by MNTTA.
2. Registration Fee (₹10,000) is part of the total fee but is non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. All fees must be paid to the official MNTTA account via QR code or NEFT.
4. Payment receipts will be issued upon verification by the Accounts Department.
5. Late payments beyond the stipulated schedule may attract an administrative charge or suspension of program access.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. The registration fee (₹10,000) is strictly non-refundable.
2. After commencement of the Program, no refund will be issued for any reason including personal, professional, medical, or technological challenges.
3. In exceptional cases (medical emergencies, relocation, etc.), participants may be allowed to defer to the next cohort subject to:
· Written approval from the Director, and
· Payment of applicable transfer or administrative fees.
4. MNTTA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the cohort due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered:
· Full fee transfer to the next available batch, or
· Full refund of the fees paid (excluding GST/transaction charges).
6. Program Delivery and Access
1. The Program follows a hybrid model combining online sessions, live mentorship, and practical implementation assignments.
2. Participants are expected to maintain a minimum attendance of 80% in live/recorded sessions.
3. All course materials, recordings, templates, and proprietary content shared during the Program are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed.
4. The course schedule, mentors, and session timings may change due to operational requirements, and MNTTA reserves the right to make such modifications with prior notice.
7. Certification Criteria
To be eligible for the Executive Certificate in Montessori Edupreneurship, participants must:
1. Complete all mandatory modules and assignments.
2. Submit their School Business Blueprint and Implementation Plan for review.
3. Attend at least 80% of live sessions or approved recorded sessions.
4. Clear the final evaluation/mentor review (if applicable).
Certificates will be issued digitally (and optionally in print) upon successful completion of all requirements.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
1. All training materials, videos, templates, frameworks, and documentation provided during the Program are the intellectual property of MNTTA.
2. Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for their own learning and business development purposes.
3. Reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials for commercial training or resale without written consent is strictly prohibited.
9. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:
· Maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward mentors, peers, and MNTTA staff.
· Avoid plagiarism, misuse of shared resources, or unethical business practices.
· Refrain from recording, redistributing, or misusing confidential content.
Violation of the above may lead to removal from the Program without refund or certification.
10. Mentorship and Network Access
1. Participants will gain access to business mentors, coaches, investors, and suppliers through MNTTA’s professional network.
2. MNTTA does not guarantee funding or partnership outcomes but provides structured guidance and connections.
3. Participants are responsible for their independent due diligence before engaging in any commercial or investment activities.
11. Limitation of Liability
MNTTA, its directors, trainers, and partners shall not be held liable for:
· Any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of information provided during the Program.
· Business, financial, or operational decisions made by participants post-program.
· Any third-party services, platforms, or funding opportunities introduced during the course.
12. Confidentiality and Data Protection
1. All participant information collected through the registration form or during the course will be handled in accordance with MNTTA’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
2. MNTTA may use anonymized testimonials, photos, or project outcomes for marketing or promotional purposes with prior participant consent.

14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting the registration form and/or making payment of the registration fee, the participant acknowledges:
